What can I expect from The Music of Disney?
"The Music of DISNEY - live in Concert" is an entertaining concert for the whole family. The Czech Symphony Orchestra and 4 popular musical vocal soloists under the direction of Franz Bader will take you on a magical musical journey through Walt Disney's film hits. The most beautiful Disney melodies - from the funny underwater world in "Ariel the Mermaid" to "Pocahontas", "The Lion King" and faraway Greece in "Hercules" and many more - will be performed, accompanied by a specially staged light show.
What can I expect from The Music of Marvel?
For the first time, the epic sounds and unforgettable melodies of the Marvel Cinematic Universe can be heard live in concert at "The Music of Marvel".
Immerse yourself in the world of superheroes with rousing hits from "The Avengers", "Guardians of the Galaxy", "Black Panther" and many more. An evening full of musical action, adventure and unforgettable melodies that will transport the audience straight into the captivating world of Marvel superheroes! The renowned Czech Symphony Orchestra and choir will perform under the direction of Franz Bader. The music will be accompanied by an elaborate light show.

Are parking spaces available?
Space for motorized vehicles at HP8 is limited. There are no parking facilities directly on the premises. You can park your car nearby in the Gasteig parking lot at Blumengroßmarkt and take the MVG bus number 97 to Gasteig HP8 in just a few minutes.

Where can I buy tickets?
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
The box office opens one hour before the start of the performance, with remaining tickets available subject to availability.
Can I transfer my ticket(s) to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket(s) to another person free of charge. To do this, simply tap on "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please
contact us with your ticket order number if you need further assistance.
Do I have to print out my ticket(s)?
No, your contactless ticket(s) can be validated directly via the Fever app. For free use of public transport, it is necessary to carry the tickets in printed form.
(On the day of the event, the ticket holder is entitled to travel to/from the event venue on all MVV public transport within the MVV network. The ticket purchaser must always be present when other persons are traveling with him/her and the number of passengers must correspond to the number of persons on the ticket).
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app in the "Tickets" section. If you do not have the app installed, you can download it from the
Apple Store or
Google Play. Make sure that you have logged in with the same account that you used to purchase the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please
contact us.

Do I have to arrive at the beginning of my booked time slot?
After the start of the event, late admission to the concert hall is only possible to a limited extent.
Can I bring animals with me? Are service dogs allowed?
No, you cannot bring any animals, including service dogs.
Is the venue barrier-free accessible?
Yes, the event takes place on a barrier-free site.
Can I smoke or vape on site?
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the building.
Are there tickets for accompanying persons?
Wheelchair and companion tickets are only available via MT-Barrierefrei: barrierefrei@muenchenticket.de
Is the experience accessible for people with hearing or visual impairments?
Participation is possible. There are no technical assistance systems. We recommend attending only in conjunction with an accompanying person.

Is there a Lost & Found?
The best thing to do is to write a message to kommunikation@gasteig.de. Our colleagues from Gasteig Service will contact our lost and found office and let you know quickly how and where it can best be collected.
Is there a checkroom?
Cloakrooms are located on the first floor (EG) and mezzanine (ZG) of Hall E. Open during events at the Isarphilharmonie, checkroom fee €2.80. Each seating area is allocated a specific checkroom.
Is there an age limit?
Unfortunately, children under the age of 6 cannot attend the event.
Does the event include an audio guide?
No, the event does not include an audio guide.
